IGramAPI is a developer API for public Instagram data. We turn profiles, posts, reels, stories, comments, hashtags and audio into clean, consistent JSON, so product teams can build on the data instead of spending their time collecting it.
Why we built it
Instagram’s official API is designed for managing your own accounts. It does not let a product read the public profile of an arbitrary creator, the comments under someone else’s post or the popular posts for a hashtag without strict limits and app review. Teams that need that data, such as influencer platforms, analytics tools and research groups, ended up writing and maintaining fragile code of their own.
We built IGramAPI to be the dependable alternative: one API key, predictable pricing and a response format that does not change under you.
What we care about
- Simplicity. One consistent JSON shape, one error format, one way to paginate.
- Fair pricing. You pay in credits for successful requests. Failed requests are free, and plans are priced in Indian rupees.
- Honesty. Public data only, no promises we cannot keep, and clear limits written down in the documentation.
- Responsibility. Data about people deserves care. Our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy say how we expect the Service to be used and how we handle information.
