These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and IGramAPI (“we”, “us”). They apply to the website at igramapi.com, the dashboard at app.igramapi.com and the API at api.igramapi.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization.
1. The Service
IGramAPI provides programmatic access to information that is publicly visible on Instagram, returned as structured data. We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
The data comes from third-party platforms we do not control. We do not guarantee that any data is complete, current or accurate, or that a given endpoint will keep working, because the underlying platform can change at any time.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You must give accurate information and keep your login details and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and keys.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account or a key has been compromised.
- One person or organization may not create multiple free accounts to avoid plan limits.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. In particular you are responsible for making sure that your use of the data is lawful, respects the rights and privacy of the people and creators concerned, and complies with Instagram’s terms and policies that apply to you.
4. Plans, credits and fees
- The Service is sold in plans. Each plan includes a number of credits per period, a requests-per-minute limit and a number of API keys. Current plans, prices and credit costs are on our pricing page and may change for future periods.
- Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are shown or added at checkout where required.
- Paid plans are available as a recurring monthly subscription or as a one-time 30-day pass. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel in the dashboard, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Credits are consumed by successful requests. Requests that end in an error are not charged. Credits do not roll over and have no cash value.
- If your credits run out, requests are refused until credits renew or you change plan.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your full card details.
- See the Refund Policy for refunds.
5. Free plan
The free plan is provided as is, for evaluation. We may limit, change or withdraw it, and we may restrict accounts that appear to abuse it.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, add or remove features, endpoints and limits. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect paying customers.
7. Your data and our rights
- You keep ownership of your content and of the results you derive from the data. You are responsible for how you store, use and share data you obtain, including compliance with privacy and data-protection law.
- We own the Service, its software, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
- You may not copy, resell or sublicense access to the API itself as a competing service, or attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt it.
- Instagram content belongs to its creators and rights holders. We do not grant you any rights in that content.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use threatens the Service or other users, if we are required to by law, or if a payment fails and is not resolved. If we terminate your paid plan without cause, we will refund the unused part of the current paid period.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and compensate us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law, or from the way you use data obtained through the Service.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new date, and for significant changes we will notify account holders by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
